Can I view product in person before purchasing if I live in Fort Worth?


Roo Spark is online store only without public retail location. We offer same day delivery to all Fort Worth, TX, shipping addresses (but orders with PO Box addresses will be shipped, not delivered).




Can I return my order if item has a wrong color or size?


No, we do not accept any returns.

We shop for the best possible price on shipping and try to pass it on to our buyers. Depending on buyer shipping address zone and item weight and size, we may use USPS priority mail, Fedex Ground, or UPS Standard Economy option.




How do I change shipping address?


If you provided a wrong shipping address and realized it right away, please call or text 817.350.8672 24/7 with correct shipping address to prevent delay. If item was shipped and scanned by carrier, you will have to wait until it is returned to us for us to reship it. Additional ship charged will be required before item is reshipped.




Do I have to pay for same day delivery in Fort Worth, TX?


There are no extra charges for the same day delivery in Fort Worth, TX. During checkout, you will be able to see that delivery charge in Ft Worth will be the same as the standard shipping charge in USA.
